Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde has assured residents of the state that his administration will not derail from its electioneering promises.

Speaking during the swearing in of the first female secretary to Oyo state government, the Governor maintained that the appointment of Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun would lift the standard of performance and service delivery of governance in the state.

Correspondent Kunle Ojo reports that Makinde explained that with her wealth of experiences both locally and internationally, the new SSG would propel the government to an expected level such that the achievement while the new secretary to the state government promised to contribute her quota to the development of the state.
