BREAKING: President Tinubu Sacks Minister of Education, Women Affairs, Tourism Others
President Bola Tinubu has relieved five ministers in his cabinet of their appointments with immediate effect.
The affected ministers include Barr. Uju-Ken Ohanenye Minister of Women Affairs, Lola Ade-John Minister of Tourism, Prof Tahir Mamman, Minister of Education, Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development and Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim Minister of Youth Development.
The development was confirmed by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy on Wednesday.
The President also changed the nomenclature of the Ministry of Niger Delta, renaming it Ministry of Regional
Development.
Also Appointed are the former minister of sports development, Mr. Sunday Dare who is now special Adviser to the President on Public Communication and national Orientation to work with the minister of information and national orientation.
Also appointed is the wife of the former Biafra WarLord, Odimegwu Ojujwu , Ambassador Bianca Ojujwu who is now to serve as the honorable minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
Recall that President Tinubu had threatened to sack some of his ministers found to have under performed in the last one year since the administration came on board.
